When Is The New Collection Launching?

My Favorite Piece Is Sold Out! Will It Come Back In Stock?

Be the first to know when our pieces are restocked by signing up for our newsletter.
Due to the nature of our business, we cannot guarantee a piece will be back in stock on the website after it is sold out.

My Order Is Not Going Through! What’s Going On?

If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser. If the issue persists, please contact your financial institution. In the meantime, we recommend using a different payment method.

When Will My Order Ship?

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated in the item. Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change at any time. Orders placed during a launch will ship within 5 business days.

I Just Placed An Order. Can I Add Something Else?

We cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us as soon as possible at support@silkresse.com. We’ll be happy to consolidate shipping items together.

Just Ordered A New Item But My Order Is Taking Longer Than Normal. Is There An Issue?

Orders placed during new collection launches may take longer than usual to process and prepare to ship, due to high volume. We do our best to deliver within the delivery time indicated on each individual product and will inform you if we cannot meet the delivery date.

Where Is My Order Confirmation?

As soon as your order ships, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If you did not receive an email, please check your junk folder and add support@silkresse.com to your safe sender list.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What Is Your Return Policy?

You may return your Silkrēsse piece only in new and unused state, in pristine condition, with all protective materials in place. Silkrēsse will not accept any returns if shown signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition in any way. Sale items and clearance items are non-returnable. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your piece, you may choose to send them back within 10 days for store credit. Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. To request a return, email support@silkresse.com within 10 days of receiving your item(s) and please include ‘Return Request’ and your order # in the subject line. Please allow up to 72 business hours for our team to get back to you with next steps.
